We’re thrilled to introduce Tart, the newest (and furriest!) member of the TerraFUNda Truffles team. Tart is a Lagotto Romagnolo, a remarkable breed celebrated for its keen nose and natural gift for unearthing one of nature’s most delightful treasures – truffles!

Tart’s journey has just begun, and every day is an adventure in patience, training, and play. She’s learning to channel her boundless curiosity and enthusiasm into the art of finding Appalachian truffles, exploring forest trails, and bonding with our family along the way.

As Tart grows, we’ll be sharing updates on her training milestones, playful discoveries, and—before long—her first triumphant truffle finds. You’ll get a front-row seat to the process of turning an energetic pup into a professional truffle hunter.
